A warm kiwi welcome awaits. They opened Beachfront with a studio apartment in 2002. Such has been the demand for our unique waters edge location that in March 2004, we added a two bedroom, balconied penthouse apartment.

Both the studio and penthouse are completely private and can sleep up to six or seven people. The studio apartment is at the same level as our adjacent home so gets the best sea level views on Ninety Mile Beach and is 7 metres from the high tide mark. From the 100 square metres of luxurious space in the penthouse apartment, the view is even more dramatic.
